Processing Your Order

Modification like changing color, size and address are accepted through your registered email address.
It usually takes 2-5 days to completely process your order, which depends on the availability of stock, pending stock from manufacturers and governmental holidays. Your order will be shipped after processing.

Customer who purchase products on Outfitway.com get regular updates on the status of their package through email notification. There are three types of notification – In Transit, Out For Delivery and Delivered. Your package may be delivered in person or inside your mailbox or postbox.
You have 7 days to apply for a refund/return, after which you cannot proceed with returning the package that you have received. If you don’t receive your package within 60 days time limit, you can apply for a complete 100% refund.
