Welcome to our return and refund policy page at Outfitway.com. When you buy products on Outfitway.com you are subject to return and refund policy well described below. We have carefully compiled this policy page in order to carry out a smooth business with our customers and build a strong relationship of trust and faith for future transactions.
By purchasing products at Outfitway.com, you agree to our return and refund policy described below, hence read them very carefully.
Returning an item on Outfitway.com is an easy process. We allow all our customers a grace period of 7 days after delivery for returning the product. After 7 days your order will expire and you cannot apply for a refund on Outfitway.com.
Within this grace period of 7 days, if the product received by you is faulty, damaged, considerably different than the description, the package is empty or is delivered to you after 60 days from placing your order, you are eligible for return and refund.
We price our products at the cheapest price available in the market with free shipment method globally, hence we cannot afford return shipment label or return shipment cost for any domestic or international transaction. Returning an item has to be handled completely by you from your side.
While returning the package, we require you to provide us with tracking ID and shipment details, as we receive your package, we will refund the amount into your account (primary mode of payment) within 7 days.
You can also opt to replace any item which you have purchase on Outfitway.com. If you want to change the size or color of that product, you are welcome to replace that item.
You have a grace time of 7 days after receiving the product or after delivery where you can apply for replacement. After 7 days of delivery you are not eligible for replacement on Outfitway.com.
As mentioned earlier, we offer our customer with cheapest price tag on every product, hence we cannot afford to provide you with return shipment labels or return shipment cost no matter what. This is against our policy. Returning products for replacement should be completely handled by you from your pocket. As we receive your package, we will replace it with your desired size and color. As we ship your package, we will provide you with return shipment details and tracking ID which will be completely handled by us.
After we receive your package and validate the product successfully, we’ll process your request for refund. Refund takes 7 days to complete and the amount will be update into your account, which will be your primary mode of payment for that product. If your mode of payment was Credit/Debit card, the amount will be updated into your card account and if the payment was made through Paypal, the amount will be update into your Paypal account similarly.
If in case you are not satisfied with our return/refund/replacement policy or you have exhausted the grace time of 7 days after delivery and you still want a refund, you are eligible to open a dispute.
For Paypal user, you can open a dispute through Paypal Resolution Center, check out more about this here. Those using credit/debit card through Paypal gateway, can follow the same process above. For others, you can open a dispute through your card/wallet company.
