What are the shipping charges for orders?

We offer all our customers either domestic or international with free shipment on Outfitway.com. Although you may have to pay import custom duties in some cases depending on the rules and regulation of your country.

Are there any premium shipping services for orders?

We do provide premium shipping methods with extra charges. We use courier services like DHL, UPS , Fedex and Aramex for this purpose. You may be subject to import custom duties in some cases depending on the rules and regulation of your country.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order from the link provided in your shipment email. If you are a registered customer, you can track your order right from your dashboard. You can also contact us at sales@mail.outfitway.com for more details about the status of your package. You can also track your order from the link – track your order – at the footer of our homepage https://www.outfitway.com, where you need your order number/id or registered email address which you have used during checkout.

What are the delivery charges for orders?

There are no delivery charges on Outfitway.com. Although you may have to pay import custom duties in some cases depending on the rules and regulation of your country.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all modes of payment including Paypal, Credit Cards, Debit Card, Paypal Credit, Bank Transfer And All Major Wallet Services.

How long will delivery take?

Domestic delivery takes 4-6 days and international delivery takes 12-20 days depending on factors like custom clearance, transportation through cargo or air, availability of staffs, governmental holiday and natural causes.

Why has my package return back to the seller?

In case the shipment company is unable to deliver your package or the address does not exist or you don’t receive the package personally, your package may return back to us. In this case you will be refunded the full amount.

Why is it that my tracking shows delivered but I have still not received it?

There are different methods of delivery. In some cases the package may be delivered to your mailbox or your postbox. In some cases, the shipment company may deliver the package to you personally to be signed by you. In some cases you have to visit your nearest post office and receive the package yourself. There may be times, when your near and dear ones could have received the package on your behalf.

Why is my order taking so much time to deliver?

There are various factors which is not under our control like natural causes, lock-downs, scarcity of staffs and custom clearance procedure. You can contact us at sales@mail.outfitway.com and get more details about the status.

What are Domestic/Local and International Transactions?

Domestic or local transactions are those where the country of origin of that particular product is same as the country in your shipping address others are international transaction.

How secure is shopping on Outfitway.com? Is my data protected?

Outfitway.com is very secure for online shopping and we follow all necessary guidelines to keep our system safe and secure. Outfitway.com is 100% PCI Compliance. Some common technologies used by us are SSL, HSTS, Anti Virus and WAF, Malware and Vulnerability Scanners, Spam Protection, Brute Force Protection, DDOS Protection. The most important of all, we don’t store your card details in our system.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you place an order here at Outfitway.com, you will receive an order confirmation email, it will take 24 hours to process your order. Processing takes 2-5 days after which your package will be shipped for delivery.

Can I checkout as guest or do I need and account?

Yes, you can checkout as guest, but we advice all our customer to register before making any purchase. Registered customers can track orders from the dashboard, get timely update about order status, easy cancellation and refund and quick checkout on your next purchase.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice along with order confirmation email after you place an order.

How do I close my account?

You can close your account and completely delete your personal data, cart item, order items and addresses by contacting us at outfitwayfashion@mail.outfitway.com or through our contact form. After validating your request, your account will be cancelled within 7 days.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by contacting us at sales@mail.outfitway.com or through contact us form. After validating your request, we will cancel your order and process your refund within 7 days. We cannot cancel your order if your package is already shipped, in this case you have to apply for a return and refund after receiving the package.

How do I change my shipping address, size and color?

You can modify your order during the order processing time or within 24 hours from placing your order. You can modify address, size and color. You can cancel your order and re order again before we ship your item. You can contact us through contact form or email us at sales@mai.outfitway.com. You can change your shipping address from your dashboard for your next purchase.

Can anyone help me with size chart?

Size charts are provided in the product description page itself.

How to apply for refund and return/replacement?

You can apply for refund, return or replacement of item which you have received from Outfitway.com within 7 days after delivery. You can contact us at sales@mail.outfitway.com or through contact form. One of our sales representatives will be there to help you further.

Why am I not eligible for refund and return/replacement?

You cannot apply for refund, return or replacement after 7 days from receiving your package or after 7 days of delivery and you have met with any of our eligible criteria for returning the item. If you are not satisfied with this policy you can still open a dispute on Paypal or your card processing company but there will be some extra charges.

What are some eligibility criteria for return/replacement?

We accept return/replacement only if the item is faulty, damaged, considerably different than the product description, size and color mismatch, takes more than 60 days for delivery, the package is empty and within 7 days after delivery.

Why my package from Outfitway.com does not have a return label?

We offer rock bottom price to all our customer, either domestic or international, hence we cannot afford return shipment charges from our side. Return and replacement charges should be completely handled by the buyer including return shipment charges.

How expensive is return shipment charges?

We advise all our customer to check the product thoroughly and cross check the size table as well before purchasing. Return shipment charges are quite expensive, could be more than the cost of the product. It all depends from country to country, we are not sure about that, kindly please visit your nearest courier service center and get more information on that. Domestic returns are cheap.

I am unable to create an account?

Already registered email on Outfitway.com cannot be used to create a new account. You can use forgot password in the login form to get a new password after which you can login to your dashboard. We highly recommend you to change the system generated password after logging in from your dashboard’s account settings.

Why is my account cancelled automatically?

Our moderators may cancel your account if you don’t comply with our rules and regulation. Kindly read our terms and condition page for more details on what is allowed and what is not.

Our moderators may delete your comments or reviews if you don’t comply with our rules and regulation. Kindly read our terms and condition page for more details on what is allowed and what is not.

How to delete my personal data?

You can contact us at outfitwayfashion@mail.outfitway.com or through our contact form and help us with your query. Your personal data will be deleted within 7 days after verification.

How to disable analytics tracking, re-marketing and social tracking?

You can disable tracking services from your browser. To disable Google tracking you can download opt-out browser add-on from Google. You can go to incognito mode in firefox, chrome and safari to disable common tracking scripts or you can select private window in your browser as well.
